Join us Thursday, September 5th at Vista Brewing’s San Antonio restaurant as we welcome our friends from William Chris Vineyards for a special wine & beer pairing dinner experience.
Vista Brewing and William Chris Vineyards have worked together on numerous barrel aged beer projects, and we love to showcase their beautiful, authentic Texas wines at our popular pairing dinner events! This event will feature three wines as well as the newest Vista barrel aged beer, a saison with blackberry and raspberry, aged in William Chris wine barrels!
Vista’s culinary team under Chef Dereck Carter has created a farm-to-table menu featuring locally sourced produce and sustainable proteins.
We will begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome bite and glass of bubbly before gathering around farmhouse tables (in the cold AC!) for a three course meal with wine pairings.

Welcome: Petillant Naturel served with Tru Harvest Spring Mix, tossed in a Spicy Peach Vinaigrette, Southwest Pecan Dust, Shaved Red Onions, Golden Raisins, Fried Brie
First: Mourvedre served with Coffee Rubbed Iberico Pork Tenderloin, Dijon Demi Glace, Dirty Rice
Main: Hunter Red Blend served with Smoky Chicken Fried Chicken, Caramelized Onion Gravy, Mushrooms
Dessert: Vista Baie Baie served with Macerated Berry-Creme Anglaise Parfait Shooter
